LMGram Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of LMGram, including the LMGram mobile application, web surfaces, ChatGPT connector, APIs, command-line tools, and related services. By creating an account, connecting LMGram to another service, submitting an intent, joining a chat, or otherwise using LMGram, you agree to these Terms.

1. What LMGram Does

LMGram is an intent-based human matching and lightweight messaging platform. Users express what they want to do, discuss, find, coordinate, learn, offer, or explore. LMGram analyzes those intents and may suggest compatible people or groups. When there is a match, users may start a conversation, create or join an intent room, exchange messages, and coordinate outside LMGram at their own discretion.

LMGram is not a general social feed, a dating service, a professional advice service, an emergency service, or a guarantee that any user will find a useful contact, meeting, buyer, supplier, expert, partner, friend, or collaborator.

2. Accounts And Eligibility

You must provide accurate account information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account, including actions performed through approved integrations, connected AI tools, API clients, or command-line tools.

You may not use LMGram if you are legally prohibited from doing so. If LMGram is used in a workplace, event, venue, school, hotel, conference, community, or other managed environment, you are also responsible for following the rules of that environment.

3. Intents, Matches, And Rooms

LMGram may use your submitted intent text, account information, optional location signals, language, matching metadata, derived intent analysis, embeddings, hidden profile signals, prior interaction patterns, and other service data to calculate compatibility.

Matches are algorithmic suggestions. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, irrelevant, delayed, asymmetric, or based on limited context. Users decide whether to accept, ignore, respond to, or act on any match. You are responsible for your own decisions and interactions.

LMGram may create or recommend one-to-one matches and group intent rooms. Rooms may include users whose intents are directly or transitively compatible. Room membership, room availability, match thresholds, and ranking rules may change over time.

4. Chat And User Content

You are responsible for the content you submit, send, upload, or share through LMGram, including intent text, messages, names, profile photos, audio, photos, videos, files, reactions, reports, and any other user-generated content.

By submitting content to LMGram, you grant LMGram the rights needed to host, store, process, transmit, display, analyze, moderate, and use that content to operate, secure, improve, and provide the service. You retain any rights you already have in your content.

Do not share content that you do not have the right to share. Do not share confidential, regulated, highly sensitive, or third-party private information unless you have permission and understand the risk.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use LMGram to:

• Harass, threaten, abuse, exploit, defame, intimidate, or target another person.
• Send spam, mass outreach, deceptive solicitations, scams, phishing, or unwanted promotional messages.
• Impersonate another person, organization, event, venue, sponsor, or LMGram representative.
• Upload or distribute malware, harmful code, illegal content, or content that infringes intellectual property rights.
• Scrape, harvest, sell, or misuse user data, match data, contact data, messages, or profiles.
• Use bots, agents, scripts, or automated tools in a way that bypasses limits, creates abuse, or simulates misleading human activity.
• Use LMGram for illegal activity, discrimination, hate, sexual exploitation, violence, stalking, or unsafe offline coordination.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, probe, attack, or gain unauthorized access to LMGram systems.

6. Safety, Blocking, Reporting, And Moderation

LMGram may provide blocking, reporting, muting, chat deletion, room leaving, and other safety controls. These controls are provided to reduce risk, but they do not guarantee safety or prevent all unwanted interactions.

LMGram may review reports, restrict accounts, remove content, limit features, suspend access, prevent re-entry into rooms, or take other action when we believe there may be abuse, spam, safety risk, policy violations, legal risk, or harm to the service.

You should use caution when meeting someone, sharing personal information, moving to another platform, paying money, entering into agreements, or attending an offline activity. LMGram does not verify every user, credential, claim, business, offer, opportunity, location, or event.

7. Location And Physical Contexts

LMGram may use optional location signals to improve matching in physical contexts such as conferences, expos, hotels, coworkings, campuses, venues, and local activities. You can deny or disable device location permissions where supported.

Location-based matches are approximate. LMGram does not guarantee that a person is nearby, available, safe to meet, authorized to attend an event, or accurately representing their location.

8. ChatGPT, AI Connectors, CLI, And Agents

LMGram may be used through ChatGPT, MCP-compatible tools, command-line interfaces, developer tools, scripts, or other AI-assisted workflows. These integrations are intended to help authenticated users create intents, inspect matches, manage requests, and continue conversations.

You are responsible for reviewing what an AI tool, agent, CLI, or connected application sends to LMGram on your behalf. Do not authorize tools you do not trust. Do not submit secrets, private keys, confidential business information, medical information, financial account data, or other sensitive information unless you intentionally choose to do so and understand the consequences.

LMGram may limit, audit, revoke, or block connected clients, tokens, scopes, or automated usage that appears abusive, unsafe, misleading, excessive, or inconsistent with these Terms.

9. No Professional Advice Or Guaranteed Outcome

LMGram does not provide legal, medical, financial, psychological, security, immigration, investment, tax, or other professional advice. Matches, summaries, scores, recommendations, explanations, and AI-generated or algorithmic outputs are informational and may be wrong.

You are responsible for independently evaluating any person, claim, opportunity, advice, event, transaction, meeting, offer, or relationship that results from LMGram.

10. Third-Party Services

LMGram may rely on or integrate with third-party services such as authentication providers, AI platforms, cloud infrastructure, app stores, push notification providers, analytics providers, media storage providers, and ChatGPT or other client environments. Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms and policies.

11. Availability And Changes

LMGram may be interrupted, unavailable, delayed, inaccurate, or changed without notice. We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or restrict any part of the service, including matching models, thresholds, scoring, rooms, messaging features, APIs, CLI access, and integrations.

12. Termination

You may stop using LMGram at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk for other users, abused the service, created legal exposure, or used LMGram in a way that harms the product, infrastructure, or community.

13. Disclaimers

LMGram is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LMGram disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, reliability, safety, and uninterrupted operation.

14. Limitation Of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LMGram will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, opportunities, business, or personal relationships arising from or related to your use of the service.

15. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how LMGram processes data. By using LMGram, you also agree to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

16. Updates To These Terms

We may update these Terms as LMGram evolves. If changes are material, we may provide notice through the app, website, email, release notes, or another reasonable method. Continued use of LMGram after the effective date of updated Terms means you accept the updated Terms.
